Latin Lessons - "Monty Python" Style

I was watching "Monty Python's Life of Brian" today and I was very amused by this scene. I found it on YouTube, so I'm going to share... Enjoy!

Ha! prolly the only MP scene that makes me laugh, and that includes all their movies...I know, I know...I was born without the MP sensitivity chip! Or perhaps I have not graduated from my favorite comedy genre, stand up...

Anyhoo, I wanted to say earlier that I feel the collective pain re the passive participles...remember I told you we will coast for a while and then it will get really hard in the last three chapters?! Trust me, I' ve done this a thousand times, so I know we will get through this!! Remember that, at some point, conjugating the present was *hard*, right?

c u all Monday--and happy Easter everyone!

I don't always find Monty Python funny. I do love every second of "Holy Grail" though. Life of Brian I like less than that, but more than a good deal of their sketch comedy... But this was the first time I'd watched "Life of Brian" since starting to learn Latin and that scene was especially funny to me this time.

These passive participles are especially difficult for me... I'm hoping the idea clicks in my head soon.
